What Is Handoff?
One of the key features of Continuity across Apple devices is Handoff. Handoff also allows Manga Rock to send its app's data seamlessly between devices so you can "pick up where you left off".
1. Set up both of your devices correctly to support Handoff
Step 1: Make sure both devices running iOS 9.0 or above.
Step 2: Connect 2 devices to the same WiFi network.
Step 3: Login to iCloud in both devices using the same account.
Step 4: Turn on Bluetooth Low Energy (LE).
2. Enable Handoff on your iOS devices
Step 1: Go to device Settings > General > Handoff.
Step 2: Switch ON the Handoff slider.
Handoff should be enabled now. Remember that WiFi and Bluetooth must be turned on for both of your iOS devices.
3. Use Handoff for Manga Rock
Step 1: Open Manga Rock in device #1 (i.e. your iPhone).
Step 2: Open any manga to read in your iPhone.
Step 3: In your device #2 (i.e. your iPad), you should see a small Manga Rock icon in the lower left corner of your iPad's lock screen.
Step 4: Swipe up on this icon to unlock your iPad and automatically be brought to Manga Rock and open the exact same page you're reading on your iPhone.
Another way to activate Handoff is multitasking view on your iOS device. Simply double tap on the Home button and swipe all the way to the left. A screen should appear with your most recent active Handoff-enabled application, aka. Manga Rock.
