Why haven't I received rocks after inviting friends/completing Tapjoy & Supersonic offers?

This article helps you with problem that you can't receive any extra downloaded slots after inviting friends / completing Tapjoy & Supersonic offers. Applicable for free users of all Manga Rock versions.
 


 
How-to Guide
 

1. If you can't receive rocks after inviting friends
 
In order to receive rocks after inviting friends, your friend must:

Download Manga Rock using your referral link, and finish registering a new account.

OR

Download Manga Rock directly from Google Play/Manga Rock website, use your referral code, and finish registering a new account.

 
If your friend has completed all the above steps, and you still have no rocks:

Step 1: Note down your Referral code.
 
Step 2: Open Manga Rock > Go to Account tab > Select Email Support
 
Step 3: Send us an email with your referral code. Our team will help to credit rocks to your account after that.

 

2. If you can't receive rocks after completing Tapjoy & Supersonic offers
 
For install-and-run offers, please be sure to follow the links Tapjoy/ Supersonic provide and open any downloaded apps over an active internet connection. All other offers must be completed without deviation from the presented path. 
 
If you have taken these steps and have not received your reward, please follow these steps below to submit a ticket to Tapjoy/ Supersonic:
 
Step 1: Go back to the marketplace that presented you the offer-wall.

Step 2: Once on the offer-wall, scroll to the bottom.

Step 3: Tap on the hyperlink that says "Missing Rocks?".

Step 4: Tap on the Select Offer button.

Step 5: Choose the offer that you completed.

Step 6: Fill in your email address, and a quick description.

Step 7: Tap on the "Submit Support Request" button.

 
If you still can't receive rocks after contacting Tapjoy / Supersonic:
 
Step 1: Go back to the marketplace that presented you the offer-wall.

Step 2: Once on the offer-wall, scroll to the bottom.

Step 3: Tap on the hyperlink that says "Missing Rocks?".

Step 4: Take a screenshot of the next screen and send to us via email to support@mangarock.com
Our Support Team will help you to get back your rocks after that.
