[Investigating] [Android] Cannot backup or restore account data

We have been informed that some of you are having issue with backing up and restoring your account data (e.g. being unable to search or see your Favorite and Recent lists) when switching between Manga Rock Android versions (i.e. Definitive to Play Store).
