Q1: How many free download slots do I have? 

Every free user account is given 1 free manga download slot for iOS version, or 3 free slots for Android version. Premium user account has unlimited slots.

Q2: I have used up all my free download slots. How do I download more manga?

You can choose to either:

  • Use rocks to download manga. Each extra manga costs 20 rocks. 

  • Upgrade to Premium account for unlimited download

Q3: Do I lose more rocks if I re-download a manga I have downloaded before? 

Any manga downloaded with the free download slots will not cost any rocks.

Any manga that you spent rocks to download previously will not cost more rocks to re-download.

Q4: Where can I check how much storage space Manga Rock app has used? 

  • iOS version: Go to Account tab > Advanced Settings. You can see Storage used under Reset Catalog button.  

  • Android version: Click on the  icon > Tap on  icon. You can see Storage used and Storage location in Storage section. 

Q5: How can I download manga using only Wifi on Android?

You can do this by clicking on the  icon > Tap on  icon > Personalize > Switch ON Download only with Wi-Fi. This feature helps you prevent unintentional loss of mobile data.  

Q6: Can I speed up the download progress on Android?

You can speed up the download progress by clicking on the  icon > Tap on  > Personalize > Switch ON Increase number of connections with Wi-Fi

This feature enables you to download up to 4 chapters concurrently instead of just 2 chapters. 

Q7:What can I do if downloading manga takes too much storage space on my device?

You can do this by:

1. Reduce data usage

This feature allows smaller file size for downloaded pages, helping to reduce consumption on your device's storage space

Android version: Click on  icon > Tap on  icon > Personalize > Switch ON Reduce data usage

2. Delete read chapters

This feature automatically deletes downloaded chapters after you have read them.

  • iOS version: Open manga viewer > Tap on  icon > Advanced Settings > Switch ON Delete read chapters

  • Android version: Open manga viewer > Tap on  icon > Advanced > Switch ON Delete read chapters
