Synchronization issue?

Hi, first of all, I'm sorry for my horrible english, isn't my primary language.

Well, I want to know if in the iOS version of the app the synchronization of what I have read before or what I save in favorites have some kind of delay or something, because I had some hard time trying to make it work. But after that it didn't synchronize anymore. I was trying to read where I left in my IPhone in my IPad, but I had to search manually. Someone know something about this? I'm logged in with the same user in App Store and the same user in the app...

And, other quick question. Why are some mangas available in Android but not in iOS?

    Also, if you are trying to backup from iOS to Android, please try to perform a backup on your device 1 to device 2 then log out and log in again from the app.

    This might restore your data, thus if the migrate failed. We are very sorry to inform you that in some rare cases the feature does not work reliably. We are working very hard to improve this.

    With regard to your question, I am really sorry to know that you’re having trouble loading and reading the certain manga. Or some of your manga has been removed from your Favorite & Downloaded from your iOS device.

    Why this happens?

    In 2017, Viz Media has announced that they would expand their license coverage into more countries in Europe and Latin America, including yours.

    If any of your manga (favorite or downloaded) is licensed, we have no choice but have to remove it. Otherwise, we risk our apps being removed by Apple or Google.

    I hope I was able to shed some light. Please let me know if you have any other concern.
