We understand that you may not be satisfied with Manga Rock. For that, if you have any problem while using the app, please contact our Support Team and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you immediately.
In most cases, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable. However, if requested within 48-hours of the transaction date, you may be able to get a refund depending on the details of the purchase.
If you purchase the premium version via the App Store version, refunds are handled by Apple, not Manga Rock. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page:
- Sign in to your App Store account here and report a problem with a purchase.
- Click Report a Problem next to the Manga Rock app.
- Choose a problem, write a description, and click Submit.
- Apple will contact you with a decision on your refund request.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your original receipt from Google, PayPal or credit card company.
Our team will check and help you with the refund.
