Get instant answers for any common questions and known issues from our Support Center.
- Go to Account tab > Support Center to access our Knowledge Base.
Simply enter a few key words in the search bar to look for all relevant articles from our Knowledge Base.
For the first time ever, you can seek immediate assistance by chatting with us in real time.
The feature is currently only available when there is an agent online. We are trying our best to stay available as much as we can.
- Go to Account tab > Support Center > Tap the icon.
You can always go back and resume the chat later by tapping the icon.
Got a question that is not in our Knowledge Base? You can send us a support ticket right away in the app and our agent will contact you shortly.
- Go to Account tab > Support Center > Contact Us > Tap the icon.
You can also keep track all of your previous tickets within My Tickets page.
